The Kanjurian Idol was a golden relic that took the shape of a face or a monkey, carved by a civilization from thousands of years ago.

The Idol of Kanjura was thousands of years old. It was at one time a large block made of gold but was later carved into that of a face or perhaps a monkey. The Idol was hidden deep within the Ancient Ruins of Kanjura, and guarded by Evil Demon Monkeys.
Appearance in Temple Run[]
The Golden Idol is the golden object the explorer steals from the ancient temple. Seen on the right side of game, above the "Pause" button. It currently has no name announced.
